The one we use a petrichor® is 100% Natural, Odorless, No Soapy Residue, Safe for Pets, Children, and Adults who suffer from allergies. The water we use to perform the steam rinse is pre-softened water that gets heated to 200 degrees and delivered to the carpets fibers. We combine this with van engine powered MAX VAC extraction.
