One of our awesome features at Petrichor Tile + Carpet Cleaning is the cleaning solution we use. Our soap free, naturally oxygenated cleaner reactivates old soapy residues that may have been left in the carpeting by your do it yourself machine or a soap butyl chemical carpet cleaning company. When those types of residues are in the carpet they really do some damage to the fibers, get absorbed into bare feet of humans and pets, cause discoloration of carpet and sometimes stinky and toxic. The one we use a Petrichor Tile + carpet Cleaning is 100% Natural, Odorless, No Soapy Residue, Safe for Pets, Children, and Adults who suffer from allergies. The water we use to perform the steam rinse is our iChor softened water that gets heated to 200 degrees and delivered to the carpets fibers. What's Included?
- We pre-vacuum each job using professional HEPA commercial vacuum cleaners.
- We will edge out the baseboard and furniture areas.
- We protect your homes interior paint and trim with edge guards.
- We use V8 engine van powered truck mounts for maximum heat and extraction. Providing outstanding dry times and soil removal.
- We apply our exclusive o2 (oxygen technology) carpet pretreatment. Designed to also help carpets stay cleaner longer.
- We gently and effectively open up the carpets fibers to allow penetration for a deeper clean. Also helps in reviving matted carpet.
- We bring and clean with our own iChor softened water that is heated up to 200º to clean your carpets. High heat is known to naturally sanitize.
- We make an extra attempt at difficult areas and stains at no extra charge.
- We provide secondary extraction passes to remove as much soil and moisture from your homes carpeting.
- *Some furniture moving is available at an additional fee. This is provided at our service technicians discretion.
- We dispose of your homes "dirty" water at a SWPP approved location at no additional fee.
Pricing Structure
We charge a flat rate for each area cleaned.
Our base price is $200 (4 - 1.0 areas)
1.0 area is up to 120 Sq. Ft. (Example: Standard bedroom, home office)
1.5 area is up to 180 Sq. Ft. (Example: Master bedroom, dining room)
2.0 area is up to 240 Sq. Ft. (Ex: Living room, Staircase)
2.5 area is up to 300 Sq. Ft. (Ex: Larger living room, above garage loft)
